1. Prices
The prices you see are, unless otherwise stated , List Net Prices and Uninsured. Shipping will be automatically added to your order based on Sales Value. The shipping costs are shown in the Final Order Screen. If you live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico or any other country abroad, please contact our office at (954) 746-4270 or email us at sales@global-technologies.net for shipping charges. Your credit card will be only debited once your order is ready to ship.
2. Price Quotes
No matter the size of your order, our sales representatives are ready to provide you with very competitive price quotations. Contact us and let us bid today!
3. Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value but please bear in mind that the freight charges can make some orders un-economical.
4. Delivery Schedule
Your order is processed immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 - 4 days. Should for some reason the product you ordered not be in stock we will send you an email confirmation highlighting the estimated delivery time. Should the estimated delivery time not be acceptable to you, a return email is sufficient to cancel your order.
5. Security
Your security is very important to us, orders placed on our website, are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. A high-grade encryption key, which ensures that your information can only be decoded by Global Technologies. All transactions are protected by our GeoTrust Certificate. You can confirm this by clicking on the GeoTrust Seal.
6. 1-3 Years Warranty
All products supplied by Global Technologies are subject to and controlled by the respective Manufacturer's Warranty. If any product is found to contain defective material or workmanship within 1-3 years of the invoice date, the product will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not extend to any item that has been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or application. Nor does it extend to products repaired or altered outside of the manufacturer's facilities.
Please provide proof of purchase such as your original invoice when you call or email us in advance for an RA (Return Authorization) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the RA number.
7. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 10 days from shipping date and in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for a refund. We will take it back and refund the full purchase price (S&H charges are non refundable). Please call or email us in advance for an RA (return authorization) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the RA number.
8. Restocking
A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned after the 10-day grace period. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned between 20-30 days of the original ship date. Returns after 30 days will be refused.
9. Missing or Damaged Merchandise
To ensure your order has arrived in its entirety, please check it immediately upon receipt. Count the boxes, check for damage and check the shipment against the packing slip. If any merchandise is missing or damaged, please call us promptly and we will take care of it.

11. Volume Purchasing
